Updated 08/13: lost three stars today. Called in at 8:30pm, was told wait was 50 to hour, not a problem. Walked in at 9pm, was told 30 minutes, walked in at 9:30pm was told another hour... you get my idea.. service bombed. But for a regular, it hurts. I'll go back when they're not so busy to see if they can earn some stars back. 12/2016 earned stars back.June 25, 2016
